Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

Option 1: Visit the Track Order page on the AmefuArt website and input your order details to check.
Option 2: Follow the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

If you're unable to track your order, kindly double-check your email and your Order ID, or reach out to us for assistance.

When will I receive my order?

All our orders are processed, printed and typically delivered within 5-10 business days of the original purchase date. We allow 2-3 days for printing and 5-7 days for shipping. 95% of our orders are delivered within seven business days.

Can I use expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping, also known as Express shipping, is currently only offered for deliveries to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.

We plan to expand our Express shipping services to other countries in the near future.

Why are my items shipped separately?

If your order includes a variety of products, your items may be split up during the manufacturing process which leads to separate shipments. Rest assured that you’re only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order during checkout.

You will receive a shipping notification for each shipment within your order. If the second package does not arrive within 5-7 business days of the first package, please chat with us for immediate assistance.

Why hasn't my order tracking status been updated? What should I do?

Tracking information may not be updated immediately due to several reasons, including:

  • The tracking number has just been created. After being sent out, your tracking number will need up to 7 business days to be updated due to delays between the scanning process and the website’s updates.
  • The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near the destination.
  • The package is in transit between the origin and the destination country. Once the package leaves the origin country the tracking information will not be updated until it reaches the destination country.
    We suggest waiting for 5-7 business days & recheck the tracking link after that. However, if your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 business days, please contact us to be supported right away.
Where does Amefuart ship from?

We are a company headquartered in the United States, with multiple fulfillment centers across the globe. We have warehouses in the U.S, UK, EU, Australia and Canada.
All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address as long as it has sufficient stock.

Refund & Replacement

Can I return my order from Amefuart?

At this time, we do not have policies regarding the return of an item. For a refund or replacement, you do not need to return the defective item you received.

The item I receive does not fit

No worries. We will happily send you a reprint for free. Contact us and let us know that you would like an exchange for a different size and then we will send you a replacement product immediately.

I received a damaged item, poor-quality print, or incorrect product

Thankfully, such occurrences are rare. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Simply reach out to us and provide a photograph illustrating the issue with the item. Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and we want every customer to have a great experience. When we verify that we made a mistake, we will gladly reprint and ship your item to you at absolutely no cost.

My order did not arrive in time for an event or occasion. Will you refund me?

If your order didn't arrive in time for your event or occasion, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While the majority of our orders are typically delivered within 5-10 days from the initial order date, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as disruptions in the supply chain or shipping delays. We do our absolute best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee shipping time or offer refunds for delayed shipments.
Additionally, once an order has been sent into production for printing, we are unable to offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

How long does it take to get a replacement or refund?

1. Refund:
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Upon confirmation by an Amefuart agent, the refunded amount will reflect in your payment account within 3-5 business days for PayPal and up to 10 business days for Credit Card refunds, depending on your bank's processing time.

2 Replacement:
If you agree with the estimated delivery time, we will proceed with the replacement immediately.
Please note that personalized items require 3 to 5 business days for processing. Estimated shipping times are 5-10 business days for the United States/Canada/the UK and 7-12 business days for other countries.

General Questions

How do I cancel my order?

You will have 6 hours after placing an order to cancel please contact with us. We will cancel your order for you.

Please keep in mind that any cancellation after 6 hours upon approval of the order will no longer be allowed.

Can I change my shipping address or design after placing an order?

You can only change your shipping address within the first 6 hours after placing your order. Please reach out to us via live chat so we can assist you with this.

Please note that any requests for edits made after 6 hours from the order approval will no longer be accepted.

What does the total price include?

Your total payment = product prices + shipping fee.

– The Discount code only applies to the item subtotal, not the total price.
– The shipping fee is calculated based on weight and the shipping destination.
